The Manufacturing Support Services offered include, but are not limited to: 

Supply of Purchased and Fabricated Parts from Local and Overseas vendors.

Total Supply Chain Management.

Project Management of single or multi-site field upgrades or modifications.

Engineering Support, both in-house and on-site.

Warehousing & Distribution of Materials.

Installation and Repair Services, including Hardware and Software.

Equipment currently supported by EMS include over 50 Mail Sorting Machines at Australia Post sites throughout the country. These machines are over 14M in length and comprise approx. 50,000 components.

Quality Guarantee

EMS maintains strict document control procedures and quality/project plans relating to each customer and/or project. All critical technical and commercial requirements are identified and become integral components of the plan, which serves to ensure that requirements are met, every time.
